As a Guest Registration Door Staff at the University of Guelph, I was responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents and guests on the weekends. I greet and register guests who are not from the residence while checking if they are residents, I also monitor access to the building and enforce security measures to maintain a safe environment and assist residents and guests with any concerns or issues, providing excellent customer service.

As a uni-Buddy Ambassador at the University of Guelph, I represented the university and provided prospective students with information and support. I engaged with students through the uni-Buddy platform, answer their questions, and share my personal experiences to help them make informed decisions about their education.

As an Event Staff at the Athletics department in the University of Guelph, I manage varsity game day operations, enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinated concession sales and ticketing to optimize revenue streams, while facilitating DJ booth operations to create an engaging atmosphere. Implemented effective crowd control strategies, maintaining safety, order, and a positive experience for all attendees.
